Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
UK: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by destination.
All artwork is packaged securely, prints are shipped in protective tubes or rigid mailers, and original paintings are boxed safely.
Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for postal delays or customs issues.
International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
Self-Collection
Local customers may choose to collect their orders in person.
If you select self-collection at checkout, I’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date, time, and location.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery period, please contact me at fishercaroline606@googlemail.com, and I’ll help investigate with the courier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Once confirmed, I’ll offer a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty.
Original Paintings & Prints
Because each piece is unique and carefully produced, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
